SV O'Connor Real Estate takes care of all its landlords' responsibilities.
Property manager Angela Tzortzis said in doing so the agency saved landlords time, effort and worry.
``We take care of every detail, from finding tenants to collecting rent and seeing to any maintenance that's required on the particular property," she said.
``... it allows our landlords the luxury of doing other things knowing that we're taking care of what needs to be done."
Concentrating mainly on residential properties, the agency also dealt with executive properties (going for more than $400 a week).
Mrs Tzortzis, who has been in the real estate industry for eight years, said even if people had a property on the market for sale, the agency could rent it out.
She said this was appreciated as it allowed people to still collect rent money even though they were in the process of selling.
Based in Wollongong, SV O'Connor Real Estate also enjoys a fruitful relationship with The Relocation Group, which advises the company of any people interested in an executive property, and with the Wollongong University accommodation office.
``This relationship with the university means that from November to February we get a lot of students, especially international ones looking for properties to rent," Mrs Tzortzis said.
